Sunday, May 26: Trinity Sunday
"Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty, God in Three Persons, blessed Trinity!"
Trinity Sunday is the first Sunday after Pentecost and falls this year on May 26. It commemorates our faith in God in Three Persons: God the beginning and Source of all things; God the eternal Word, who became incarnate as a human being, Jesus Christ; and God the Holy Spirit, who enlivens and empowers God’s people.
Trinity Sunday is counted among the seven Principal Feasts of the church calendar. Incense will be used at the 10:15 service on this day.
