Monday, September 30, 12:00 pm: Holy Eucharist for St. Michael and All Angels
Join us to commemorate this feast day with a simple Holy Eucharist in the church at 12:00 p.m. All are welcome. Since St. Michael and All Angels' Day (September 29) falls on a Sunday this year, the feast is transferred to the following day, Monday, September 30.

Angels, spiritual beings depicted as messengers from God, appear many times in the Bible. The chief of the archangels has traditionally been named Michael; he appears in Daniel 12:1, Jude 9, and Revelation 12:7. Perhaps more familiar is Gabriel, who appears to Mary in Luke 1 to tell her she will become the mother of Jesus.
There is no doubt that spiritual forces, both good and evil, are very real presences in our world. On this feast day we pray together "with angels and archangels and all the company of heaven."
