Fall Adult Course: Explore your faith

Beginning October 2 – 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

This fall, we will be offering a course for adults seeking baptism, confirmation and/or official membership in the Episcopal Church. We have had to change the dates because of the Bishop’s schedule. The course will begin on October 2, and culminates with sacramental rites with Bishop Barry Beisner on November 19.

Questions we will explore: What is prayer? Does God listen? How do we read Bible in the context of our own life and times? Can we make this ancient religion relevant to our own life and times? And where does the Episcopal Church fit into the larger Christian movement? We will structure our conversations around the baptismal covenant. The course will be led by Pastor Jim on Monday evenings beginning Monday, October 2, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The class is open to anyone who wants to explore faith issues more deeply, not just those seeking confirmation.

If you have any questions, please talk to Pastor Jim or email him at RevJimR@incarnationsantarosa.org.
