Classes are taught by Michaela Codding. Michaela has been teaching yoga for 10 years and teaches classes which are accessible to all, regardless of experience or fitness level.
Yoga is a powerful tool we can access anytime, anywhere. Yoga teaches us to be able to breathe in challenging times, to be aware of the busyness of our minds and the ability to re-focus from fear and discomfort toward gratitude and optimism.
Tuesday evening classes are beginner-friendly, focusing on breath, stilling the mind and letting go of the busyness of our day. It combines strength and ease in the physical practice and gives time for reflection and meditation.
Class is offered in the Sanctuary. Bring your yoga mat.
